The thing that really annoys me about about CFBuilder and the eclipse based apps is the amount of memory needed to run the dam things. When you start having lots of files open you really see the effects of the memory usage.

I switched to it from CF Eclipse about 6 months ago and it caters very well for my requirements. The extensibility is great as well as its JS integration coming from Aptana. Note: that is not to say that CF Eclipse is bad or anything, it's not. It's a very good tool (1.4 has recently released - haven't tried it) as well.
