You're right it doesn't mention that you also need the ASP.net stuff, which
is also in the same area as IIS add ons. Make sure that you have the
ASP.net 3.5 stuff added.

But if you install ColdFusion 9.01 you should not need to run the Web
Server Config tool, the only reason you would need to do this is if it
fails. Which by the sounds of it is doing, because of the required things
needed. As you are now finding out.
