Oh, that’s odd indeed. I thought it was the group marking them that way. But I
just visited the groups site and sure enough it’s indeed only appearing there
in the subjects of messages where I replied to your notes (but to be clear, it
was that it was appearing in the subject for me when I opened the email, before
replying).
So yes, it appears that my mail server (not my mail client) was regarding your
notes as spam somehow. It could have happened for others as well, but we’d know
only if they replied to your notes.
Oh well, sorry for the confusion, folks.
