We use a ticket number to keep track of our email support tickets. So when we check the mailbox we can check the number.. Works pretty well so far.. I attach a string to the front of the number so we can search the subject...

Question is: How do you seed an email message so that it can be associated back to the original start point / parent? ie can you feed custom headers into an email and when the person replies to that email it feeds those headers back automatically?
