Tricky one.

There is no specific way to create a class in CF, like you can in
Java/C++/Perl/PHP

CFCs are the first thing that really comes to mind... 

Otherwise...no... not really

There was a thing called 'CFObjects' around a while back, an OO
methodology of CF, but I don't know if it really took off.

Hope that was SOME help at least.
