I've got a similar set up on a client's box (CF5, Apache 1.3.2 & Redhat 7.2) and have had some problems (sheduled tasks not working, cf service restarting for no apparent reason). However I don't think any of them are related to Apache.
Are there any specific problems you are concerned about?
