We had the exact same problem a month or so ago, the way we fixed it was to ensure that the correct video card driver was installed on the CF server.
Since doing that, its worked a treat.

Has anyone else seen this error when running cfgraph
"The chart could not be generated due to an error in the graphing engine"
it works fine on my pc cfcoldfusion but on my server I get this error...any
ideas?
I have only see one other post on the web with the same problem and it came
down to there graphics card.....surely this can't be it?????
