We had all our security running from ldap in our CF5/Spectra Intranet at my last job. Like Gary said, the LDAP syntax is bizarre. If you don't know it well, then get some help from someone who does. Besides that, it all works really well, and caused no problems or heartaches. (Many other things caused problems and heartaches, but not the LDAP)
