SP's: Yep (ANSI SQL or in just about ant langage that will compile a shared binary libray) Transactions: Yep Triggers: hell yeah GUI's do exist Free: Yes (www.postgresql.org) Support: tones of books, newsgroups and email lists, plus the online manual is very comprehensive.
