Hi Robin, Color me confused... But does making use of the cffactory services involve breaking the EULA? I'm told they're used fairly extensively in the administrator application... but I first found out about them from a developer list, and learned most everything I know about them from CFDUMP and some constructive experimentation.
I'm admittedly hazy on the exact details of the EULA off the top of my head.
