Nope. It is possible to get the characters to display
properly, as I previously stated, with the page in iso-8859-1 encoding, then
changing it manual in the encodings menu to utf-8, the characters showed
correctly.
For the short sample,
Ive added a line that outputs the characters from their
hex code using chr(). Those output characters show
correctly.
Ive dumped the file with a hex viewer to confirm that
my editor isnt causing issues, it isnt.
Its like cfmx is doing something
nasty.
