Brian,

I had this problem and it is definitely a users pc spec that makes the
difference. I was testing on IE 5.5 only, so can't tell you how v6
performs.

Fortunately, I was able to change the select boxes to radio buttons to
achieve same result. You don't get the same problem with radio buttons!

Yup, i've run into this problem a couple of times. Seems to be a
combination
of
pc specs and the user scrolling the page or moving the window around
while
loading. There doesn't seem to be a set limit on how many form elements
you
can
have... it just wigs out at different points on different machines.

Unfortunately i don't have a solution for you. I ended up breaking the
form
into
seperate pages to get it to work. :(
