Geoff,
    It was a straight CFMX install.  I did it myself.  Version info tell me
it 6,0,0,55693 .  It is missing the last 2 options from the server settings
menu.  I would attach an image but it wont go through

Which server setting or slide exactly?  May be that your hosting 
provider has written rolled their own CFMX Admin interface??
