Its pro.  It may have been up upgrade thought.  Cant seem to remember if I
did a clean install

Is this the "developer" edition or fully licensed version?? Is it
"Enterprise" or "Professional"??

Maybe that's why your missing those extra items??

I had similar problem, my dev edition ran past it's 30days, so I lost a few
items, for memory, logging & log files.

Might be the same cause here??

Geoff,
    It was a straight CFMX install.  I did it myself.  Version info tell me
it 6,0,0,55693 .  It is missing the last 2 options from the server settings
menu.  I would attach an image but it wont go through

Which server setting or slide exactly?  May be that your hosting 
provider has written rolled their own CFMX Admin interface??
