I'd say that you can charge whatever you like (to either Australian or US
customers).

Just work out an acceptable price (one which takes into account reasonable
fluctuations) and then convert across when you are ready as suggested by
Andrew.

You will generally find that US people will even pay the AUS$ price -
because it is often less than what they expect to pay.  In which case you
make a killing.
