Well on this, I am using Spam Arrest at the moment but thats about use useful as a third nipple.
I posted a theory on http://macrofun.pvpers.com, but basically CFMX could be the answer! In that you could write an app that auto-filters email via cfpop3. That works like Spam Arrest but with extra features. Majority of the SPAM that comes through has different a body but you fine one or two similiarities with them all, whether that be the click action is to the same domain, or they use stat based banners to handle their tracking.. either way instead of banning IP addresses, Email Addresses and Keywords, you could also put bans in place on domains (if message contains [EMAIL PROTECTED] then delete it straight away as its spam. Anyway read up some more on Macrofun if your interested. I don't have the time at the moment to do anything but sneeze (new born, work and Empire Earth *Good game*).
