If you are prepared / able to mix CF and ASP, the sample code provided by Crystal to call from ASP does work.
I've got crystal 9 running on both an intranet and shared server internet. The intranet server was straight forward and all functionality works well. The shared server install was a bit of a protracted nightmare, and once installed my initial version of the code had an intermittent bug that required the server to be rebooted to get crystal running again. Thankfully the ISP's patience held out long enough for me to identify and correct the problem. The install on the shared internet server is still not perfect, in that it will not cope with calls to produce word docs or pdf's directly. I've had to use the active-x or java interface, which allows the users to view, print, and export to word or PDF.
