Thanks for the reply. The problem is that no one is doing a search on the machine at the moment. Its purely indexing. Any other ideas??
Ok. Then you need to index each file individually till you find the file that is causing the corruption. You should be able to do this relatively painlessly with a combination of CFDIRECTORY and CFINDEX.
