CF4.5.1 -- Verity cannot be indexed and searched at the same time (this 
was fixed in CF5).  If you have search open you may find that people are 
hitting the collection for search during an index and corrupting the 
collection.  You ned to use a named lock to prevent this.

We have a problem that when we are indexing documents (simple cfindex) it
hits a bad document and hangs the server which then requires a restart of
coldfusion.
At the moment we have a fix which basically involves me sitting in front
of the machine 24/7 pressing the stop and start button. Then starting the
indexing again.
HAS anyone come against a problem like this before if so how did you fix
it. Any advise would be most appreciated.

P.S. We are indexing around 55k documents...I'm up to 8k....*sigh*
