At last, we are upgrading from 4 to MX. I'm on the hunt for suitable books
to help me make the jump.

Trawling through the cfaussie archives, I've gathered that -

* although Ben Forta is The Guru, anything he wrote above version 4 was
not that useful (i.e. didn't add much above ver 4 knowledge)

* "Programming Coldfusion" by Rob Brooks-Bilson is pretty good

* "CF MX From Static To Dynamic In Ten Steps" by frequent Cfaussier Barry
Moore is also quite good, but is aimed at people new to CF

* "MM CF MX" by Eric Lubd is also okay

Overall, I'm looking for recommendations of any book which is likely to be
most helpful in upskilling from 4 to MX. Anyone care to put in their vote,
or comment/compare the above ? Perhaps include value for money
comparisions as well, as our management are very cost-conscious.
