[cfaussie] Print probs

Hey all,

Printing problems. I'm rendering a "print page" on our site, but when I
print it, I don't get may table, lines printing.

Heres some code, where am I going wrong?? Heres what the page looks like on
screen but I don't get any of the red banner, grey lines, red lines
