So you have experienced this issue? I just need to know if it is some server
config issue or a known "new feature" and I will have to workaround it
someway.

Why would this be changed?
Has anyone reported this as a bug to MM? -- if not, I will do it.

I noticed that the "Aussie timezone bug" is also in JVM 1.4.2 (MX 6.1).
(which I fixed with the Daemon post from June- thanks guys).
