This is the only problem I have had. As far as I can tell it's the result of CFID/CFTOKEN and Jsessionid going out of sync (i.e.. one expires before the other). Because of this it only really happens when a user creates a session, walks away and has a cup of coffee, then tries to continue their session. Rather than the session timing out properly, you get a nasty error on the <cfapplication> tag that is kind of hard to do anything with.
