The site already exists and works at ictresearch.edna.edu.au and works fine. <wct> tags are not in the HTML source if viewed and logic seems to work accordingly. The pages are all .html but there is a WEB-INF directory on the server with various classes buried in it.
I've been asked to make a few simple changes, but wanted to view them locally to avoid headaches once uploaded.
