For hosting I can recommend AFPWebworks at www.afpwebworks.com - they are based in Windsor NSW but host via the US of A. America is probably the place where most customers would come from.   3. Credit card facility. I did the CC stuff for a much bigger installation before (Mobile phone provider), and there was a direct link to the bank.
