Thanks for the info Peter.
Yeah, of course I could do my own shopping cart,
but I'm not getting a penny for this, so why bother!?
Barry suggested www.cartweaver.com and for just a few
hundred, I reckon I'd be better off with that.
Thanks everyone for the info

Subject: [cfaussie] RE: Shopping cart
website
For
hosting I can recommend AFPWebworks at www.afpwebworks.com - they are
based in Windsor NSW but host via the US of A. Running MX6.1, MySQL, Access,
SQL Server 2000 on Win2K servers.
For
the shopping cart can you not develop your own using, say,
structures?
Hi all,
I've promised my brother that I will do a
shopping cart website for his Jewellery shop in Ireland.
I want to make it quick, cheap and easy. Anyone
got any advise on:
1. A decent CF opensource or cheap shopping
cart.
2. Decent cheap CF hosting. Anywhere in the
world. America is probably the place where most customers would come
from.
3. Credit card facility. I did the CC stuff for
a much bigger installation before (Mobile phone provider), and there was a
direct link to the bank. I just want a simple way of allowing customers pay
an amount in Euros or US$.
I'd appreciate any advise you might be able to
give me.
Thanks
Gav
