What document types are you trying to index? Looks suspiciously like the keyview filter for the document type you are trying to index is unavailable.

If you're running CF5 it may be that the Verity installation is not modern enough to recognise certain office documents -- and from memory CF5/Linux/Verity does not do PDF.

it did this for EVERY file I have tried to index - even making a new
collection didn't work.
aside from this, CF runs perfectly...
any ideas?
