Kay Go into IIS, drill down into the computer node. There are 4 (maybe) nodes under the computer name, one of which is named "Web Server Extensions" Click on that node and you will be displayed a screen which shows what extensions are enabled and disabled. Check to see if the .CFM extension has been enabled or not. Its item is "Macromedia Server Extensions"
