Who measures the "percived standing" in the development community?
You dont have to be a big corp to have an effect within the community

thats what I think anyway

who (or in this case what orginisations) isn't sending anyone. I don't
mean those hard working small businesses with tight project deadlines.

But others that really should have a representitive because of what they
do and their (perceived) standing in the development community.

not mentioning any names, of course...
