Its good they are going to put it off to look at it, Lets just all hope that the final 
verdict goes how we 'all' want it to go.

Hopefully if the decision is changed, that not to many people have spent to much money 
on changing things already.

Has anyone started changing their sites for this yet?

There was some discussion on this list last year regarding the Eolas patent and how 
Microsoft was going to change IE so that plugins like Flash wouldn't seamlessly 
execute anymore as a way to circumvent the alleged patent infringement. Well, it seems 
they're going to dig in for the fight and not changing IE after all:
