I'm confused... what is wrong with there website?... and just in case you are 
wondering.. no I dont have any link to the website what so ever.

Its a budget airline.. maybe they should have spent more on the website so they can 
charge more for flights? have you seen the virgin blue website? The jetstar website is 
some what more readable for sure.

Maybe its not the look of the website you are worried about? I have noticed some 
javascript errors...

I like the look of the website, but those javascript errors.. maybe the developers or 
the testers have javascript error notification turned off?
