Hey there, By manually update, do you mean to use "Disconnected Edit" ?
We're also having problems getting the job to run on the server. It works fine in our development environment but when we transfer the DTS package to the server it starts complaining about not finding the server. We've tried going in and updating all the references from the dev server to the live server, but still not working. Is there a problem with the way we are writing the DTS tasks? Is there some way to set up our environment so packages will transfer easily between servers? thanks for any help, bye!
