I don't think it's encrypted, you should be able to just open up the
tmt_xhtmleditor.cfm from wherever you've put it and cut sick. It's pretty
hairy in there though, lots and lots of JavaScript! I made some basic mods
to allow certain extra formatting tags I needed users to have, and also to
hide some of the toolbar items that I *didn't* want them to have.
