IsArrayFreshlNew is passed into the function and the first test is !IsArrayFreshNew - am I missing something or is that a typo?

Yup. Sorry, I had to rework some of the basic JScode for the email as there is more to it, but basically thats the core functionality involved and if you can look past the typos you'll see what i mean.
