We have just integrated HTMLArea into our own CMS too, it is nice and
works cross platform - Moz 1.3+ and IE 5.5+ I think, earlier versions
just degrade to a straight textarea field. 

Clients like it since it can look just like Word interface, even c&p
from word and it keeps the formatting - man, they all love word... :/

I like it because it really reduces the amount of CMS training we have
to give...
