Hi,

An old thread I know but I've needed a wysiwig editor and thought I would give this one a go. But the problem as reported by Ricardo is still there! The htmlarea forums have some comments about workarounds but not being very confident with javascript I'm a bit reluctant to start hacking around in a 2300+ line .js file.

Does anyone have a fix, or some straightforward instructions, to get it working?

Many thanks,

Brett

Thanks heaps guys,

I decided on HTMLarea, but i have a problem. I am putting it down to lack of sleep, but..
I just grabbed the form and script from the page and added it to what i had.

If i type in the field and submit the form, it submits an empty string.
If i type in the field and then switch to code view, (and back..) it submits the correct html.

Anyone had this problem? I have had a quick look through the JS files, but can't find anything.

TIA
Ricardo,
