Once you get it compiled (using cygwin or vc++) you'd have to use the Java Native Interface to talk to the library.
It's not pretty.

Although only in Alpha, you'd be much better off integrating JavaSWF2 -- a complete java library for parsing, manipulating and generating swf's.
