I'd ignore "anonymous" job postings. I think they are just an excuse to get email addresses.
If an employer is serious about getting input regarding Jobs then there are appropriate forums for this (such as th CF JOBS list) and I would think - if you REALLY want to attract attention - you should name the company (at least) if not the job spec (or a place to find it).
