Good or bad, many universities teach Java as a first language and with it all manner of OO issues. In other words, new developers *can* learn good practice if it's taught from day one. Macromedia are, I believe, very aware of the "best practice" issues (which is why they want to improve how code is generated by DW so that it creates well-structured code using CFCs instead of spaghetti inline code like today - that's been mentioned by both Ben Forta and Tim Buntel at conferences and CFUGs). --- You are currently subscribed to cfaussie as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/
