Yes. Whenever possible. It's a pretty glib thing for me to say I know but talking about network security and DMZ's etc takes a lot of spiel to get even the simplest notions across. Suffice to say security is one of those things you can just keep throwing money at.
Perhaps this would be a good CFUG presentation. I'd be happy to go through some of the more complex implementations we've been involved in for CF.
