Just to point out something here - 

Is Mach II a framework or a methodology?

(I'm pretty sure it's a framwork).

As far as I am aware FuseBox has both a framework, and a standard
methodology for developing with said framework.

These two things do tend to get confused.

I assume Carl is looking more for a software development methodology -
i.e. Waterfall, Extreme Programming, etc?

Or am I wrong Carl?
