Awww... what's wrong with MSProject? It ain't too bad at all and the newer versions work really well.

Synergy from a company called Catuzur i think or something like that, was a great little product, a little light on the features required per project and was more tailored for basic web dev, but it had its potential. You really have to roll your own.
