Go to the CFusionMX\lib\neo-security.xml file and set the value of
admin.security.enabled to 'false'.

Not sure if you need to restart the administrator but you should be able to
log in without security. Then use set a new password in CFMX admin console
and your up and running again.

BTW, do a backup of the file first just in case.

Got a problem with my local copy of CFMX.  I cant log into the
administrator.  Every time I put the password in it just refreshes the page.
If I get the password incorrect it tells me in incorrect.
