Do you host your own site. Mine is being hosted by eWebCircle. What implications does that have for setting up the indexes?
Could you show me you search code? Hi, I use Verity on our Internet site (one collection), and on out Intranet site (three collections). I like it, it is simple, it indexes pdfs and MS documents. I understand it is a entry level solution, and that the K2 spidering stuff is more complicated, but it does the job and does it well. http://www.hunter.health.nsw.gov.au/ Cheers, Scott Thornton, Programmer Application Development Information Services and Telecommunications Hunter Area Health Service Phone +61 2 49214193 Fax +61 2 49214191 [EMAIL PROTECTED] >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 20/08/2004 9:35:44 am >>> Hi all, I want to provide a way of searching my site. At the moment I have a Google form created by a Dreamweaver extension. It's not very pretty. I read about Verity in the ColdFusion Bible and want to know what everyone thinks of it before I start playing. Does anyone use it to provide searching for their sites? If not, what do you use. What is the best commercial product?
