MSWord's .DOC or RTF? if RTF, this was a regular with the ASP lists about 3+ years ago. the gist of it was creating the RTF with placeholder data, saving that and then opening it in notepad. that gave you the template with markup. THEn replaxce the placeholder data with variables.
