Hal Helms has a good app that you can use for this I think called Viewlet.
He uses it to do exactly what you describe.  It's a couple of years since I
thought about getting that app, so I'm only assuming it's available for your
use.

I know its off topic, but as its for a coldfusion demo......

I woulod like to put together some little tutorials, and i would like the
learner to watch a movie of how to do things, not just stills. Is there
nay way that i can 'record' whats going on on my pc screen?
