I can vouch for RoboDemo -- great product. It's great for application simulations and the like. Web applications require a little more concentration than desktop apps to simulate or describe but once you get the hang of things you can quickly build very functional tutorials.


There is a 14 day trial available on the MAcromedia website so give it a whirl.
