i am using htmlarea quite a lot and its great i have teachers adding
content from all over the place. However i am getting '?' and other
weird characters all the time and i have no idea how to get rid of
them.
Has anyone got a replace function that will get rid of ALL these
characters or can point me in the right direction of a solution??
