Email stops getting deleivered from CFAussie, and you have to log into
the web client to get them going again?
Yes, That happens to me.
When I re-log in, the error message I recieve mentions something about
my mail-server rejecting messages, so has stopped sending them to me.
I use Novell Groupwise if you are looking for a common factor; I don't
know how it is set up though.

I now seem to be getting put on hold almost every week.
Is this increase in being put 'on hold' something that other people

experiencing, or is it just something that I need to sort out at my
