Thanks Matthew, but it's DreamweaverMX2004 I use. It's certainily not worth buying Eclipse just because of that.
As Matthew has already mentioned, eclipse is free unless you count the cost of using your bandwidth to download it :)
IN Dreamweaver, all the components in a site are listed in the application browser window, and you just drag a method onto the page and it's done. But it uses the more verbose syntax, and I'd like to be able to tinker with that if i could.
The cfeclipse plugin allows you to do essentially the same thing by richt-clicking on a method name in the CFC methods view panel and choosing insert. The method call is inserted with the script style syntax.
